About the Hub
Education first. Practice connected.
TD Drug Awareness Hub is an educational platform from TD Consultancy, designed to connect drug information with brain science, social context, harm reduction, treatment and practical professional learning.
TD Consultancy
TD Consultancy is a UK specialist in drug and alcohol training, workforce development, evidence-based practice, harm reduction, treatment, neurodiversity, trauma, professional resources and consultancy.
The Hub keeps public education at the centre. Where someone needs organisational training, a commissioned resource or service-design support, the relevant page can open a route into TD Consultancy without turning every page into a sales pitch.
Evidence governance
How substantive pages are managed
Prefer authoritative sources
Legal claims are checked against legislation and Home Office sources; health and treatment content prioritises NHS, NICE, OHID, UKHSA and national guidance, supported by peer-reviewed research where needed.
Date the review
Launch content shows a visible review date. Pages should be re-checked sooner when drug controls, clinical guidance or emerging-risk information changes.
Name uncertainty
Established evidence, emerging evidence, expert interpretation and lived-experience perspectives should not be presented as interchangeable.
Keep emergencies visible
Substantive safety pages give clear UK emergency guidance. The Hub cannot assess an individual emergency; call 999 for life-threatening situations.
Separate education from advice
General information cannot replace individual medical, legal or emergency advice. Drug laws, markets, strengths and evidence can change.
Separate specialist platform
UK Drug Trends Intelligence
The Hub explains substances, effects and harm. UK Drug Trends Intelligence focuses on current UK trends, emerging substances, harms, prevalence, regional intelligence, wastewater evidence and professional interpretation.

Site-wide disclaimer
This platform provides education. It cannot identify a substance from appearance, provide personalised medical clearance, replace a clinician or pharmacist, give legal advice, or assess an emergency. If someone is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999.
Drug laws and regulations can change. Check current official guidance before relying on legal information.
Privacy approach
General website forms do not ask users to disclose personal drug use. The updates form collects only an email address, selected content interests and consent needed to manage the requested updates.
